Hey Everyone - new to this forum.

I have AutoCAD mobile for my Google Pixelbook and I'm looking to download blocks for it - particularly telecommunication/security blocks.  I am a project manager for a telecommunication company that does access control and CCTV work along with fiber and structured cabling, so I was wondering if someone could steer me in the right direction as to where I could find related blocks.

You can try the Electrical and Installation > Communcation sections here in the Block library:
