For some reason I seem to have lost the tabs of open drawings on my drawing screen

Used to be I could have several drawings open at a time and switch between them, editcopy which was really useful

Somehow I have lost the tabs at the top of each drawing and can only see one drawing open at a time

Must be an obvious command somewhere but I can find it
