Yes, there are various of application that helps you convert PDF to DWG, I tried some of them and found the AutoDWG PDFin PDF converter works wonderful, it converts may drawing perfectly, almost retain all entities as original AutoCAD drawing, and yes it is totally editable.
I upgraded to the stand-alone version later, as that one also convert my scanned PDF file into vector drawings.
For more information of AutoDWG PDFin PDF converter chick it here:

Do you really need it converted? The new [CMD]PDFATTACH[/CMD] command in AutoCAD (2009 with Bonus Pack 2) will attach a PDF file like a Xref, display it as an underlay and allows to osnap to the linework stored in the PDF file.

Yes ... I really need to transform the pdf in dwg or dwf because I need t tek something from the pdf files.
Now I transform the pdf in png or jpg I can insert in autocad like a image and I draw the lines .... but when I have more then 50 pdf's it's takes a lot of time to insert and align and to draw axactly how it is .... but with this tansformation I can erase what I don't need and to insert like a block.

try this it worked the last time i needed to convert pdf to DWG.
"Aide PDF to DXF Converter" converts to dxf and then you can save it as DWG.
you can download a free trial at the following link: http://www.aidecad.com/ - http://www.aidecad.com/

you can also try this one but i didn't like it that much: "Any DWG to PDF Converter" you can find it in the following link: http://anydwg.com/dwg2pdf/?gclid=CO6Xx-WYi5gCFRpUEAodzUaQCg - http://anydwg.com/dwg2pdf/?gclid=CO6Xx-WYi5gCFRpUEAodzUaQCg
