For a rendering I selected a background image. Now I cannot get rid of it any more (going back to the default AutoCAD background) Does anybody know how that works in AC 2009?

Try the command [CMD]BACKGROUND[/CMD].

Thanks, but there I selected the image. Unlike autocad 2005 I cannot deselect the image there.

Thanks, but there I selected the image. Unfortunately this window ("background") doesn't offer the option to deselect the image again.

There is the "Solid" option which selects a solid color. You can also set background in the [CMD]VIEW[/CMD] command.

OK the solid option sort of works but it doesn't bring me back to the default Autocad Background (with changing colour density in the "sky area" as I move/turn a 3D object. I might be blind but the view command didn't offer anything about the background on my version.
