FATAL ERROR: UNHANDLED ACCESS VIOLATION READING 0xffffffff exception at 4143aah
 
When ever i try to convert my design cad drawing over to autocad 2002 i get this message .
 
It has worked on every drawing i try but his one help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
