SILKAMBU .... your problem it's because you are working in a dwg file created in a newest version that you work now ( for example if the objects are made in 2008 and you take this dwg file and start to work , lets say in 2005 ... everytime when you want to copy something in this dwg file or to make something the autocad 2005 version it's giving you this message).
The solution is to open again in 2008 or 2009 and DO NOT MAKE    SAVE AS ... but to export in 2004 format or 2006 how you work and in this moment the autocad (2009 or 2008) is converting all the abjects created in the version you want and you will not have this message again.
I think it was made with Civil 3D 2008 or 2007 ????? Wink .... anyway the export function is under FILE somewhere down ... lock carefully and you will find ... good luck and a Merry Christmass and a Happy New Year to all the autocad users from this forum

Did you install the object enabler add on for your version of AutoCAD?  We had that problem when we used LDD 2004 and other firms went to 2006 Civil 3D We installed the object enabler for our version and it solved our problem.

No johnycad ...... you didn't read very well what I wrote .... it's not ood to use SAVE AS because with special objects created in a specialized version you will have problems.
You have to make from the same version where you created these objects EXPORT ..... I repet .... no SAVE AS
