Hello All,

I need some help changing the layout view I was sent original files and was asked to update and decrease the scale. I am having a real hard time with it. I know I have done it before I just can't seem to figure out how. Your help would be appreciated.

I have an existing layout and it isn't at the scale that I need it to be.  For some reason I can't seem to figure out how to change what appears in the layout.  I have an existing layout view that is 1 " = 122' and I need it to be 1" = 60 Ft.  So I need to zoom in to a certain to fill the layout space.

Hi lindty,

I work in metric, but it should be the same for imperial, you will need to double click within the Viewport and then all you need to do is to type in the following:

z (hit enter)
z/60xp (hit enter)

and the double click outside the viewport. (or type pspace)

I hope this helps and sorts the problem!
