I am new to cad but get the principles?
I have no means of measuring angles on the ground so chose a reference point and measured distances between that and various points (objects). I also took measurements between points.
Autosketch and probably most others require either X-Y or Length and angle.

If this were on paper I would use a compass from origin and draw arcs at lengths and where they cross I have the point.
I cannot see how to (easily) do this in cad. I don't want to learn cad, this is a one off ground plan.
Is there a feature that is present but I have not found?

I did read that Parametric Cad would do this but...

Any advice please
