Hello,

You can create new hot keys, go to TOOLS > CUSTOMISE > INTERFACE

Here under CUSTOMIZATIONS IN ALL CUI FILES > AUTOCAD > KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS, just right click on Keyboard Shortcuts then say New Temporary Overrides.

Name the new override and on the right hand side you can find a window
where you can define/replace any desired shortcut.

But be careful you may disable any basic shortcut.

Hope it helps you.
