please help me to draw contours in AutoCad 2006 and prepare a 3D drawing with the help of drawn contours.

Just draw polylines where you need the contours . Give the elevation to that polyline using properties (CTRL+1)--- Elevation..
 
These polylines should be generated or converted into contours
