How can I create a spring in AutoCad 2006 where it can be created in AutoCad 2007 or later with Helix Command. But I am using AC 2006, So plz help me to do the said job.

You need to do version conversion from a lower CAD version to an upper. You can try AutoDWG DWG DXF converter at
http://www.autodwg.com/DWG_DXF_Converter/ - http://www.autodwg.com/DWG_DXF_Converter/
Create your drawing in 2006 and then import this draiwng into this converter and generate high version CAD drawings.
