Hello,
I work on a small architecture office wich does projects involving interior design, air conditioning, etc by several professionals at the same time. I would like to ask to you guys wich is the best way to work on the same file, I was thinking Xrefs, but i've learnt about Autodesk Vault today and i would like some input and toughts on the subjetc.
Thank you!

Vault is very good if your company is large enough to utilize that type of sharing. Small companies like the one I work for as an example we work with a lot of architects, landscape designers, ect. and our way is x-ref reason for varying levels of Autodesk software experience so it is the easiest. I say if you can utilize Vault it is the way to go..

Ok i think i got what you are saying, but just be sure so I don't go on a goose chase, I aim to came up with a way to several professionals work on same file (be it dwf or other autocad file), for instance the interior designer get the updates from the architect so they are in sync.
Thanks again.
