Cry Some of my dimensions seems to be like non-anti-aliased and some anti-aliased, i don't know how i get them to be different but when printed some are bold and some doesn't ! Same mached properties, same layer, same text style. How to get them the same (I'd prefer non-anti-aliased, the bolder ones). I really hope some of you PRO's can help me!

What version of CAD are you running?  I have a few ideas of what it might be. Can you send me a copy in an email and I can look at it and then be able to tell you if it is what I think it is.  my email is mailto:msplcdykee69@yahoo.com - msplcdykee69@yahoo.com   Send it to me and I can look at it and get it back to you A.S.A.P.

I have replied to your email Tariq check the dwg with your plot style and see if it fixes your proplem text. if it does then I will post here for you A-T-S this way you can see if this is your smae problem.  What I did was go into his DWG and created a dim style with all the properties he was using and then selected all the text and changed it to all the same properties.  his text layer was calling out an actual thickness of 0.15mm and that might be trying to overide his plot style. check this with your dwg and let me know.  I have a few ideas more ,but sometimes this might be all it is.

I hope this helps you both.

hmm i have one dim style for all dimensions(non-annotative, but scaled), all of them is in one layer with lineweight - Default (0.25mm)  then i changed it to 0.15mm nothing changed, still some dimensions are plotted thicker than others. then to 0.05mm and still nothing..
In search for answer in some posts over the net i read that it my occur because of drawing when Z axis is rotated a little or smth like that..
