TXS FOR YOUR FEEDBACK, BUT THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE OSNAP OR THE OTRACK, THE THING IS EVERYTIME I MOVE OR ROTATE  THE DRWG. OR DIM, IT WILL REFLECT LIKE A TRANSPARENCY INDICATING ME WHERE I'M GOING AT THE TIME I'M MOVING OR ROTATING WITHOUT DELETE THE ORIGINAL DRAWING OR DIMENSION, THAT IS VERY CONVENIENCE BECAUSE IF I CHANGE MY MIND TO LOCATE THE DRAWING IN A DIFFERENT SPOT, THIS FEATURE WILL WORK PERFECT FOR ME. REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR INPUT IN THIS LITTLE PROBLEM. ACTUALLY WHEN I'M DIMENSIONING BEFORE I CLICK THE SPOT I WANT TO MEASURE, THE DIM. COMMAND SHOWS ME A TEMPORARY NUMBER, AND NOW IT IS NOT DOING THAT.

Hi everybody.
I think your problem will be fixed if you set DRAGMODE 2. You can set it 0, 1 and 2, as seen on AutoCAD Help.
Hope it works. Please, keep me informed
