I just did a clean installation on a new hard drive.  I installed Autocad lt 2004, Service Pack 1a, Civil, Architectural, and Land Object enablers, and the OE Hotfix.  I am getting the proxygraphis popup, and the text line says that enablers were not found on the web.
The odd thing is that on the old system, I had no enablers in the add/remove programs dialog.  And all of my drawings opened fine.
AECStructureBase50, AECscheduledate50, AECarchbase50, the list goes on.
"Object Enabler fo Wipeout Entity"  there is no OE for that for 2004.
and "ObjectDBX Classes" and "AcMapDisplayManagement"
It's just not seeing the installed enablers.
I'm scratching my head on this one.

Thanks for the help.
