Hi everyone....  I have attempted to search for the answer to my question but haven't come up with anything.  I hope you will be able to help.
 
I have created a custom linetype that includes dashes and W's.  It looks something like this:
 
------ W ------ W -------
 
My problem is that at the beginning and end of the line, if it cannot make it to the next W it will create a solid segment instead of the dashes that I need it to have.  Is there any way for me to stop this from happening?
