Help,
I dragged my Layers Palette off the screen to the right, and the tab went off screen. So now I can't move the palette at all.
Is there a way to reset a default location for the palette?
Any help would be appreciated,

You should be able to go back to the tool bar area on the top and right click on it to add or remove tool bars to reset it or go to "tools" and then "palettes" and then "tool palettes" and it should pop back up. Maybe.
