I have 2 dwgs and I need insert a new title block into the current dwg. So it matches the plans from a previous job. So it is giving me problems, I clicked insert, then external, then attach dwg. and it will attach but on the screen it will not appear. So how do I get it to actual show up on my drawing?

My suggestion would be to forget insert, external and all that other fancy crap. Open the file containing the title block you want. select it. copy to clipboard. close said dwg, or leave it open. open the one you need. click paste from clipboard. done.

I would suggests you, always xrefing title block into Layout (PS) rather than insert directly to the model space. Then, you will find a lot of fund plotting them through Layout instead of model space.
thanks
