The hits just keep on coming. The Project Butterfly team has a new release. And as a software as a service based solution, you can use it right away. No download. No install. No nothing. Just point your browser to: http://butterfly.autodesk.com and start editing and collaborating with your drawings. This new release features: Layer Manager DXF import and export Match properties Explode polylines Dimension styles and aligned dimensions Vertex editing Linux support Recall that the Project Butterfly team polled users for new feature requests. Layer Manager and DXF support were the top two. The Project Butterfly team came through. You can get specifics about the new release on the Project Butterfly blog. For those of you keeping score, I do keep the page: http://labs.autodesk.com/technologies/butterfly/updates/ updated so you can watch the history unfold. Celebrating the release-feedback-release process is alive in the lab.
