Hi all I have a bug in my autocad 2010, my x and y value aren't the same. Le me explain myself:
Lets say i draw a square with each side having 50', autocad will then display a rectangle. If i mesure the side autocad indicates 50' for both sides.
I didn't mind it telling myself it would be ok when i print, but it prints in that display witch makes the scale of the drawing wrong.

An answer to my problem would be gladly appreciated because i have a project i really need to work on.

Thanks a lotTongue

Are you saying that on the screen (monitor) the square is distorted, that x & y not displayed as the same length when they a really the same length in AutoCAD?
(I think you mean unequal sides by "rectangle" although a square is also a rectangle)

This is a problem with the "aspect ratio" of the monitor. It's an operating system(Windows)  setting you need to change. Right click on your desktop & select "properties" "settings" then change your screen resolution.

I will try changing the screen resolution shortly, but i wanted to add that this ''bug'' also affects the printed copy
