Project Twitch is our technology preview of running our CAD applications in the cloud. Though we also have technology previews of service offerings like Project Butterfly and Project Dragonfly, our Project Twitch approach is to run our desktop CAD applications over the web. Think of Project Twitch as the ability to run AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, and Maya using very long (up to 1,000 miles) keyboard and mouse cords. Free Project Twitch Application Trials on Autodesk Labs The purpose of this technology preview is to evaluate the latency you experience when using our design applications in this way. In the update that we released recently, the following improvements were made: The end user license agreement contains language specific to Canada. The Maya help file now loads more consistently. The Maya status bar is now visible. For AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, and Maya, the user experience is now much faster and smoother. (You be the judge.) So take our application trials for a spin and share your experience at labs.trials@autodesk.com. Thanks so much. Blurring the line between the desktop and the cloud is alive in the lab.
