Has anyone used Revit to make a Pro Forma or complicated area charts for real estate developers?

i know we can use excel, but why use 2 programs when revit should be able to do this?

my problem is that for scheduling, revit can only really use the vertical column. the horizontal column cannot be manipulated as easily, or at least i'm not able to do it without a million shared parameters. has anyone tried doing this? i have a sample of what i'm trying to do if anyone wants to see a pdf of it

i basicaly need like room type and the percentage mix of that type, roof efficiency, etc
