I am using AutoCAD 2006. can anyone tell me how to make bubbles (part number inside circle) for annotation for part numbers in assembly dwg. sometimes hexagon is also used in place of circle for annotation of nozzles in vessel dwgs.

Either use the Mechanical version of AutoCAD (there are lots of position/bubble functions), or make a block with an attribute, or use the TCICRCLE command (Express Tool).
