I have a problem with OSNAP.
I have only Intersection Object Snap selected, and my cursor is snapping on every node in the polyline. It is similar with Endpoint Object Snap.
Any ideas?

You have only Intersection selected, but have you press F9 button ?

Of course I have.
It does snaps to intersections, the problem is that it also snaps on nodes.

I believe Autocad sees a vertex (not node) in a polyline to be an intersection of 2 segments, so when intersection osnap is active, it snaps to a vertex along with other intersections. "node" is a different snap mode, which snaps to points.

OK, that sounds reasonable. But is there any cure for that problem?

Only cure I know of is to to enable osnaps (hit F3) only when your cursor is over the intersection point you want to use.

Hi mpinter,
This may be a stupid question but, have you gone into snap settings and turned off the node setting??

Of course.
It seems that problem appears when one polyline intersecting the other has very dense vertices. Then it is really very hard to snap on the point of intersection. It seems that this is some kind of bug of Autocad.
