Chances are it has happened to you when you received drawings from someone else you have dimensioned components but something does not add up. Hopefully you notice there is a discrepancy and the person has cheated with dimension value overrides, or you could be headed for a headache in fabrication or construction. Stephen Preston http://www.autodesk.com - Autodesk DevTech Americas Manager wrote a nice plugin that will help you identify these overridden dimensions as well as including all the source code to see how it was accomplished.
