hi, im using cad2009, and trying to bring a landuse from landuse drawing to site plan drawing, but the thing is that, site plan drawing's ucs is not 0,0,0 where as landuse drawing has ucs as 0,0,0. i need to match the landuse into siteplan on exact spot. i tried rotating the ucs of landuse drawing, but the drawing stayed the same and only ucs changed. how can i rotate the drawing so that it matches the same coordinates of the siteplan drawing??
please help! thank you.

Try the ALIGN command to move, rotate, and scale a selection set to precise coordinates.

make sure that you are clicking the image border when you are moving it.  Sometimes it is set to not appear and to hide in the background.  The command to bring it forward is TFRAMES.  This will also make the boundary line print on paper too, so make sure you turn it off when you are done with the rotation.  TFRAMES turns it off too.
