Hey guys. Here is my problem. I have created tag labels for my alignment, and I had to get rid of some alignments. I deleted the alignment before I deleted the tag label. Now when I go to reset the tag numbers I cannot use the numbers that were deleted. Is there any way I can delete tag numbers in the file?
