on the welcome screen theres a series of getting started movies, new features workshop, learning resources, ect. none of them work, i get an error message stating that the help files are not found. i cant find them on the install disk, or on autodesk website. anyone know where they may be? im having the same problem with trying to bring in components from the tool pallete. pipe fittings give me a "cannot find resource string # 30438 in resource aecbpipe60"  then a blank error message. then unable to execute the tool. unexpected error. any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Sounds like you need to re-install.
You may need to temporarily disable your anti-virus program before installing. Your AV software may think the ACAD installation is a virus and may block parts of the installation from completing.

You might want to try running a repair before reinstalling as it might fix the error and save you some time.

i did a repair. noticed alot of help files were missing, so i did a repair. i didnt get any reports from the anti virus blocking anything. how do i get the repair screen. it took me forever and i accidently did it. when i put the disk in and load it it says cant do anything. cad is already installed. thanks for everyones input.
