I have a true type font that i need to convert to shx. Im looking to type vertical but it will only allow the shx fonts to go vertical. Any ideas on how to convert ttf to shx? I already tried searching for a shx in the specific font I need and was unsuccessful. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately there is no easy conversion process. The TTFs are defined by outlines while SHX fonts are stroked fonts. You might find a SHX font which is similar to the requested TTF.
