Help Menu Missing

I went to my Help Menu today, clicked on Help, and a small window popped up saying "Cannot find help file: acad.chm".
 
I searched my support files looking for acad.chm, but could not find it.
 
Has anyone encountered this before? I'm not sure how to get my help menu back.

Insert your installation disk and run a Repair.
