i have this problem:
 
ERRORE IRREVERSIBILE:  Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x705bc003 Exception at 4ac7330h
 
soultion please

Well, you're going to have to provide a lot more information.

For starters:
What are you doing when this error occurs?
What are your full computer specs?
Does this happen all the time or only in certain drawings?
Have you loaded http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/index?siteID=123112&id=2334435&linkID=9240618#section2" rel="nofollow - update 1 and update 2 for 2010?

The more information you provide, the easier it is to identify what the problem might be.

So it happens when you are saving the file and it only happens in certain drawings? Sounds like a problem with the drawings, not with Autocad.

Purge and Audit the problem drawings and see if that helps.
