as long as I know Drive constraint only act for single move of driven constraint, is there any kind of way to make sequenced drive constraints with only one click?, I need your advice Guys..

In an Assembly file, you can only drive one constraint at a time, but in Inventor Studio, you can set it up to drive multiple constraints at a time, or a chain of constraints.  However you see fit.
