TARGET IS hp designjet 800ps 24 PS3 from civil3D
Unable to select roll feed to plot extended length plots.
Is this a driver problem?

You should be able to define your own media sizes. Or you can try the standard (non-postscript) HPGL2/HPRTL driver for this plotter.
