I recently installed Inventor 2011...trying to figure out some of the new tools etc. Whilst attempting to use iCopy, I found i needed to link the assembly to a .idw file with iAuthor (?) and I've been unable so far to find any info on the web to explain how to do it! Any help would be appreciated!  ------------- Metal is the answer. |

I'm not sure what your actual intent is, pertaining to your project, but if you go into the Help Topics section in Inventor and type in "iCopy", there is quite a bit of information that explains all about iCopy and iAuthor. ------------- John Koop Software Engineer TEDCF Publishing www.trainingtutorial.com |
