 Help why do i have no tools icon on my menu bar im using 2008

hi buddy,if i understand corectly all you do is right click outside of your drawing space ,but still inside your acad window on in a blank spot,right top corner works well,then it will throw you out a small menu go to acad and that will throw you a sub menu with all your toolbars and just select wich ever one you need ------------- Draughting and boardsports |
