I am looking for some program, which will help us to use some details from a library.
 
Assume we have library of own details (2D or 3D). Let say there are doors, windows, tables etc. These elements can be parametric This mean that for example a table can have some different length, whidth and even height.
 
Does anybody know any program supposrting such operations. Such program shall enable:
- Making own elements (2D and 3D)
- Storing them
- Enabling to select an element from library
- Inserting parameters before putting element to drawing
 
Additionall part list generator could be good to have.
