DWG TrueView is a viewer only - it doesn't support editing operations (neither copy/paste). You can open the drawing in AutoCAD and copy/paste entities in another DWG.

TrueView is an application (viewer), not a file format. All these blocks are in the DWG file format of AutoCAD and can be directly inserted in any other DWG file.
