Time sensitive right click

I like not having the popup come up when I right click and would like to have the "time sensitive right click" stay on and not have to pick it in every drawing I open. Is there any way to make a shortcut, or some kind of command so it stays on?
every time I open a new drawing I have to go through the setup autocad, go to the user preferences tab and work my way to turn it on.

It sounds to me like your Profile isn't loading when you start AutoCAD. Once you make that change, it should be saved to your Profile and be permanent. I am using Autocad 2010 embedded in Carlson Survey Software. I do not see an item for saving my profile, so maybe it is not available in the embedded version.

There won't be "an item" for saving your profile. It's supposed to be automatic. You can view your Available Profiles by switching from the "User Preference" tab that you're on to the "Profiles" tab at the far right of that same dialog box. If your AutoCAD is "embedded" (I'm not quite sure what that means, but I will look it up), then it MAY be possible that the Software you're using is automatically switching profiles and that my first instinct was right. - that it is saving to an alternate profile. No profiles tab. I do remember having those in the previous versions, but that tab is non-existent in my options box.
Embedded means that the survey programming company is using the autocad engine as their graphics engine, not just building on top of an autocad installation. It saves me from buying autocad and the survey program, they just combine them.

Ok, that makes sense as to why there's no profile tab...and it may explain your issue. Sorry I can't help, maybe someone else has input.
