I do civil/land planning in ACAD Map.  Usually, when I go to plot, I have a list of engineering plot scales (i.e. 1"=40', 1"=50'. etc.).  I have a file from an architect in which I have scaled the linework and have everything to scale for feet.  In units, I have the type as decimal and the units as unitless.  When I go to plot, it gives me a list of architectural scales (i.e. 1"=1', etc.).  Does anyone know how I can change the plot scale list from architectural to engineering?  I know I can add/edit using the "scalelistedit" command, but I was looking for a broader application.  Any advice?  Thanks!

You can use the commandline version of the command [CMD]-SCALELISTEDIT[/CMD] to automate the scale list management via a script or a menu macro.

That was going to be my suggestion too. The only other suggestion I would have is to write a LISP routine to do it all for you - which really wouldn't be too difficult.

Good Luck!!
