Can any one teach me the entire process of Plotting a CAD drawing in scale?

Absolutely! I'm sure there is someone out there who can.
For now, start here: http://au.autodesk.com/?nd=class&session_id=1010
Once you have watched that, go to the following link and click on the ONLINE HELP below your version of AutoCAD: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/index?siteID=123112&id=15115212
Then, in the search box at the top-right of the page, type in "PLOT" to get specific information that pertains to your version of AutoCAD.
Also...you can follow the Related CAD Tips at the bottom of the page.
