how to put/wirte text in your inventor models....saya a rectangular block with your name on it...DeadBig%20smile.........can u put images on you models ?

If you mean e.g. an engraved text - there is a Text tool you can use in your sketches. For images (stickers) there is a Decal tool (or you can use render textures).

Better than engraving might be using http://cadcamforums.com/index.php?topic=42.0 - be using decals they allow you to put text right on the part without it affecting the geometry.

There is a Decal tool directly in the Part tool panel. F1 describes its usage quite well.
