Hi, When you open layer properties manager than in right top corner there is a very usefull box "search for layer". Unfortunatelly that box search only in names of layers and what if I want to search in descriptions of layers? Do you know any way to search for the phrase in description on layer? ------------- ACAD MEP 2009 EN SP3 |

It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to add this to the AutoCAD 2012 wishlist. But this is good initiative by You member_profile.asp?PF=16131&FID=2" rel="nofollow - HAWDesigner The problem with searching through layer descriptions occurs when layer names are made according to some company standard using acronims etc, and you are not able to search for the apriopriate phrase in it.
