We are working in a road project, where, initially our project development was realized on a "local coordinates system", then, the owner request to modify the coordinates system to Nad83.  We have the survey data transformed to Nad83, but the project points still connected to both systems, the local and nad83.  Ours trials were: 1) move & rotate the drawing points & 2) insert the project to the newest system on a new file. This trials didn't work. My question is: Civil 3d has any command or proccess to change the coordinates systems? or, the only way is to begins from scratch our development?
