I have a data ref attached to my drawing with a list of pipe networks.  For whatever reason Civil3d brings in the list in a somewhat random order.  It's a pretty sizable list so it's pretty tough to find a specific pipe I'm looking for.

Is there any way to organize that list?  Can I alphabetize this some way?
 
Or alternatively, is there a way to select the actual pipe in the drawing and get it's number to pop up to the top of the list?
