Hi,
I need to scale up a drawing from A4 to A3 having set the wrong limits initially.I have added text in paper space.
 
How do I do this?

You drew all your objects in model space at full size right?
 
And you have a paper space layout with a viewport too?

Then what is the problem?
 
If you are plotting to a different sheet size use the Page Setup Manager to modify your settings.
As far as the viewport goes choose a different scale and make sure you lock the display.
