I am not sure this version is published by Autodesk but I have seen somewhere.

Program size  is  1.84 GB for WIN32 and WIN64: 1.95 GB

That's a fake. Every year Autodesk uses a different graphic for the box cover and splash screen.. That is the graphic for 2011 and someone just placed the 2012 text on it.

Jeez, I hope you weren't thinking of buying anything that comes in a fake box.  Just thing what might or might not be on the CD or DVD contained within.  Could be a pirated version along with a whole lot of stuff you hadn't bargained for like malware, viruses, etc.
