How can i divide an arc or a cirkel in to many lines with one command.

You're looking to end up with individual segments?
 
I know of a lisp routine that might do it but I've never used it so I can't say for certain how it works.

You'll have to pay a visit to The Swamp and look for the breakobjects.lsp routine as written by CAB (Charles Alan Butler).  You want version 2.1 which I believe to be the latest.  There are several built-in options for dividing objects which is a very nice feature.

Hi
I wonder how can I insert  multiple vertex  in to an arc, in one time.
 
or
 
if i do not want   the arc to be   smouth.

I don't have a good solution to your problem.  Could you use a polygon inscribed within your circle?
