How to rotate images in a viewport in layout tab without rotating objects in model tab?

All you have to do is Rotate like you do with objects in the model space.

Click on the view port so it is highlighted with the grips click the rotate button or type the command and then rotate as normal.

Guys please assist because this does not apply as he is a Auto-Cad 2008 user and none of those tips work! I have 2008 Lt and neither works for me, so i doubt it would help him.

The advice does apply to full AutoCAD.  The DView command, with Twist option, should work in LT.

hi there,
you need to set UCS align with you angle (within you view port)
then type "plan" enter then type "c" for current
it will work,I am 100% sure
