Hi Guys one more for you.

I have 43 layout tabs with various settings for plotting.

I want to put all the tabs to plot to one printer/PDF creator option.

Can I apply the same printer for all layout tabs using one commant or check box or is the only way to go to each layout tab and change it manually?

Thanks all

Cheers
Pete

So create an account - it's free and only take a minute. It's exactly what you want, but since I didn't write it, I'll only link you to where the author posted it.

You can use our old "multi-pagesetup" LISP utility. See the tip:

you can use command pagesetup. once you create, let say A1 PDF, plot name you can use it for printing all layouts.

I do it all the time and it works!
good luck:)

Chaps many thanks for your help in this matter. the Pagesetups command and list routine worked fine and resolved my problems, however i have not used it for a while and tried to go back to it.
I seem to be having an issue when the command dialogue box has been loaded that it will not provide me with a pagesetup to apply I only get a blank area to the left but all my other tabs in the right are shown.
Basically I need tab 1 to apply to all others but get it to come up in the left column.
I am probably just not using it right due to the time since I last utilised the command.

Any help would be grateful!!

There is a sample of multi-pagesetup in the above mentioned tip. Just type in e.g.:

(multi-pagesetup "A3SETUP" "LaserJet9")
