I use Sketchup often to visualize a design before I produce drawings for set construction. Then I export views from Sketchup as .dwg's. This works fairly well and I am able to deal with problems like overlapping lines and multiple end to end line segments  by using OVERKILL.
But, since Sketchup exports Arcs and Circles as line segments, is there a way to convert line segments (that originally came from a curve or circle with a centre and radius) into an arc or circle?

Would PEdit to convert everything to LWPolylines be sufficient?

Hi

the only way is to save the drawing with splines, and then in Autocad flatten the splines which will change them to ploylines and explode then in to arcs.

cheers
